I should preface that this was a family home once owned by my grandmother where my father and his siblings were raised. I purchased it from my father as a single person in my 20s as my starter home. I lived there ten years during which time I was married and the needs of our family outgrew my little home. I say all that to say this house wasn’t four walls and a can of paint there was a lot of family history there. While working with the other company we did not feel like a priority to our agent and also felt her pricing of our home was more for a quick saw for her and not the best interest for us. We were left in the dark about so many aspects of selling our home and were ignorant about many procedures. Cue Alex Rumpf. After meeting, I was instantaneously put at ease. He spent the time to explain the procedure at length. He gave us feasible improvements to increase the value of our home. Once the home was on the market he saturated the internet with our listing and the home was under contract with in a week. Unfortunately the buyers funding fell through and Alex was able to lift our spirits and continue on. Three weeks later our house was again under contract thanks to in my opinion Alex’s tireless efforts. During negotiation Alex intervention allowed us to reasonably comprise but stay within our comfort zone. When we celebrated, Alex celebrated and we felt like a team. Then comes the home inspections, the appraisals, the contractors and even a structural engineer, Alex was present at every appointment even when we could not and again effectively communicated the processes. To say we had difficult process would be an understatement and Alex “held our hand” through all the stress and worry. To sum it up, My home was sold for the price that I wanted and I will never use or recommend any other realtor except Alex Rumpf and Patterson-Schwartz.

They worked with us to the nth degree. Leading up to the open house he gave us some pointers as to make the house "sell" ready; removing clutter, some furniture, etc. Phil also gave us a hard date so we knew when the house needed to be ready. Phil sold our house after the 1st open house. Unfortunately the buyers backed out almost 10 days later. This was on a Wednesday, and by that Friday he had our house back out on the market. Again, after the 1st open house that Saturday, Phil sold our house again.
